As our principal dining area, the Birkbeck Restaurant can accommodate up to 300 guests and enjoys panoramic views across the Birkbeck River and surrounding fells, creating a memorable backdrop for every meal.
Our Head Chef has crafted menus inspired by the seasons and the hotel’s countryside setting.
